Sri Lanka to Welcome dozen more Cruise Ships in 2026

List of Cruise Ships to arrive in Sri Lanka in 2026

,

Sri Lanka is set to welcome at least a series of more cruise ships to the country during 2026.

Several ships are already scheduled to dock at Sri Lankan ports, including Colombo, Trincomalee, Galle, and Hambantota.

These arrivals are expected to attract thousands of tourists to the country.

Among the scheduled vessels is Mein Schiff 6, which is expected to arrive first in mid-2026 and again in late December, bringing approximately 2,700 passengers on each cruise trip.

In addition, cruise ships such as Silver Dawn, Azamara Onward, Seven Seas Mariner, Amadea, Crystal Serenity, Oceania Vista, Oceania Regatta, and Seven Seas Navigator are also scheduled to visit Sri Lanka.

Meanwhile, the luxury cruise liner Viking Sky arrived at the Port of Colombo on Monday the 9th March, carrying 700 international travelers to the country.

After arriving in Colombo, passengers left for several excursions across Sri Lanka, organized by Aitken Spence Travels.

These excursions offered visitors a range of experiences showcasing Sri Lanka’s culture, city life, and scenic attractions.
