Sri Lanka Tourism pitch the Island to Nordic travelers

Sri Lanka Tourism will hit the streets of several Nordic countries during the second week of September.

The move is aimed at promoting Sri Lanka’s massive ‘tourism experience’ to the Nordic Travelers.

Accordingly, the Islands uniqueness, cultural diversity, hospitality and in total the experience it will give the travelers will be showcased during the four day ‘Road Show.’

The Road show will be held in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden.

“These activities form part of SLTPB’s 2025 international promotional calendar, designed to regain market confidence, strengthen trade linkages, and reposition Sri Lanka as a high-value tourism destination, said Sri Lanka Tourism in a statement issued.

The Sri Lankan delegation will consist of all leading Industry stakeholders, Holiday and travel partners.

Also on cards are B2B roadshows to connect and strengthen business partnerships between Nordic and Sri Lankan businesses.
