Sri Lanka Celeberates New Year With the World

Sri Lanka welcomed the New Year 2026 in style.

Hundreds of thousands of people gathered at the iconic Galle Face Green and the newly built Port City to witness a magnificent fireworks display in the capital, Colombo.

The dazzling fireworks illuminated the Colombo skyline, lighting up the night sky and cascading over the Indian Ocean.
